Awakening Through the Body
After two decades of doing energy work I can share with you that yes, awakening can come through the body. We are amazing beings that if acknowledged, loved and taken care of can naturally be the portals to higher dimensions.
When I work with the energetic body, the human electromagnetic field, it is also my own electromagnetic field that gets calibrated and balanced. It is the human-to-human connection that allows this to happen. We are made of thousands of energy vortexes in constant flow that allow this magic to exist.

All the excess electromagnetic energy is released by being transmuted with the energy of the earth, and returns to the balanced energy system according to the inner wisdom of the person. All of this happens when the person is laying on the massage table, and I work with the invisible fibers of light and energy that constitute the system of the energy anatomy I am working with. The outcome of the session is determined by the inner wisdom of the person and its very specific needs. I am only the facilitator, acting as a laser to enhance the wise, whole-hearted, multidimensional beings that we are.
I work with the Universal Calibration Lattice®, a system in our energy anatomy that constitutes a hyperspatial, interdimensional construct that nowadays is called the toroid of consciousness by the originator of the EMF Balancing Technique®, Peggy Phoenix Dubro.
It is our energetic body that is an extension of our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. We are electrical beings, and the balancing has repercussions in our emotional and physical bodies, as they are all interconnected. The balancing results of the technique are felt in all the cells of your body, all the layers of your DNA, and all the fibers of light and energy of your being. We are carbon-based, chemical, electrical luminous beings, indeed!
I work with the long informational fibers of the lattice, which are made of disks of light that contain all the personal information of this and other lifetimes. There are no limits of time and space when you work with energy, meaning that when you work with the fibers in the back, for example, you are accessing the energies of other lifetimes that are blocking the natural flow of energy in the present moment. By calibrating these fibers you reestablish the natural flow.
This also happens with the fibers in the front of the body, which are connected to future potentials. When you calibrate them in the now, the person is able to see the steps in their own evolutionary process more clearly, and make decisions that are conducive to an enlightened life.
The level of depth to which you can go during an energy session has no limits, except the ones that the person establishes.
This way of working with the human electromagnetic field became my own lifestyle. It’s a way to relate to others, and mainly the expansion of consciousness that grows from there. As I did the energy work, I opened myself to my multidimensionality. I ventured into the unknown, and brought back pearls of wisdom and creativity to my daily life, allowing me to be more compassionate, loving, enlightened, and in service to others.
The bridge of light between my divinity and my daily life has been established and activated in two ways: the vertical flow between the energies of the higher dimensions and the earthly plane, and the horizontal building with others and the rest of the worlds we interact with. This includes the natural world, the animal world, the dream world, the creative world, and whatever other worlds you are open to.
This made me understand that I am a Bridge of Light, and allowed my passion for journaling to register the communications with all of these dimensions. The frequencies of golden light speak to me, and I listen to them to do my work on earth in this lifetime.

I invite you to learn to live a life that is energetically aware, to connect and communicate with spirit, and be your own evolutionary guide without giving your power away to the social, cultural, family, religious conditioning of a paradigm that has forgotten the sacredness of life.
If you read the book we will do alchemy together, alchemy understood as the art and science of converting the life energy of the Cosmos into a well-lived human life … in this case, your life.
With one foot in this world and the other in multidimensionality, we can create a bridge into this reality and share it with others. The energy is pouring through you, and can be felt in the body-mind-heart. This is what I mean when I invite you to awaken through the body.
Life is flowing through you, as a portal between the external world and its source. The sun warms us and is the light, and we can see the colors and vibrations of our world.
We are the portals to the source!

Divine Dragon of the Light

Lifetimes
I am aware that my soul is eternal. Now, I am further opening up to my development of the soul as a layered experience towards the Divine to bring more of my divinity into my daily life. My past and lifetimes and identities intertwine, creating and nourishing what I am today.
My Buddhas, my Divine Dragon of the Light and my ceramic pots remind me of other lifetimes.
I was a Tibetan Zen monk in the “cellars,” with access to thousands of sacred books written in Sanskrit and chanting with mesmerizing Tibetan bowls that with heavenly sounds brought us all in a collective dream of expanded consciousness, where we could telepathically communicate in the multiple hours of silent practice we held together, sitting in meditation.
I have found bits and pieces of that lifetime in this one. I found myself doing lots of “sesshins” in the Rochester Zen Center with Roshi Philippe Kapleau, who brought the Zen tradition of Soto-Rinzai Zen from Japan to America. I communicated with a stone Buddha sculpture in the patio of the Center and also with Kanzeon in an intimate room. He was the same one that was a deity in India, later in China Kuan Yin and Avalokiteshvara in India. I even did the chants and the flower arrangements, ikebana style, at Casa Zen in Mexico City, where I did my practice and even became a leader for some years named by Sensei, Roshi’s Dharma heir.
Many lifetimes to recall, indeed! In another, I was a ceramist in Japan. There I was also a monk, the elegance and sobriety of the Japanese style crossed dimensions and was brought over in the beautiful ceramic pots I produced years ago and have now in my living room.
The dragon—my two-headed dragon sculpture on a table in the middle of my living room—reminds me of a lifetime in China during which I was also a warrior, then a samurai in Japan… an imperial dragon that represents “wisdom” for the Chinese and whose main characteristic is having 5-fingered paws, with 5 fingers as a main characteristic as mine does.
It is on this same dragon that I emerged after I hit the bottom of the deep ocean: I mounted it and flew away.
This event transcended a repeating nightmare that I had when I was a child: I woke up repeatedly with a sense of drowning, being swallowed by a huge wave as the mouth of the dragon… over and over…
The event consisted of a one-hour meditation, after which I went to sleep and dreamed of the dive into the deep ocean; the darkness was illumined by the light of small fish as I hit the bottom. Then came the impulse upwards, emerging with a force that brought me out on the back of my forever Divine Dragon of the Light.
For years in my dreams I was told to make a sculpture, which I did: a two-headed dragon with a yin-yang center, the masculine and feminine forces of the Universe intertwined. When he saw it, Sensei sanctioned it as an exquisite Chinese sculpture and was very surprised when I told him the story of how I made it.
So… bits and pieces of my lifetimes in China and Japan—and more, I believe, in the eastern cultures—I have found in this one, where for years I have been related to Zen now revisiting.
As a ceramist discovering the mysteries of the four elements combined, earth, air, water and fire allowed me to create and make these beautiful ceramic pieces that bring with them the story of the ages, the elegance of Spirit, the presence of the forces of nature expressed in delicate sophisticated ways to elevate our human spirit and to remind us that there is much more soul in them that meets the eye.
I am cradled in the warmth of the infinite lifetimes that show up the minute I take the entryway and sit and let the Universe meditate me.
Then affirmations and prayers stay with me for cycles of time to serve my growth and spiritual development:

Inspire and help me know what I want,
Accept what I know
Do what I can
With Joy, Love, Ecstasy, Abundance, Enthusiasm,
